A large-scale reconstruction of production facilities was carried out: refractories were dismantled and replaced; the combustion station and the temperature control system were modernized; technological equipment and glass-forming machine line No. 5 were replaced; annealing furnace and furnace control system were replaced; equipment for cold strengthening of glassware was replaced; the line of transportation and control of glassware was replaced; the Mcal 4 and Emhart DHG control machines were installed and put into operation; the packaging line for glass products was modernized

2016

Several million euros were invested to improve the product quality: a new IS glass-forming machine 10 sections 4 "¼ DG from BDF Industries was installed, a new MULTI 4 inspection machine, which allowed to improve the glass containers quality control and a new product control line from the leading French manufacturer Tiama

2014

In October a cold repair of the bath furnace No.2 was carried out, the capacity of which amounted to 115 tons per day

2011

A new IS 8-2 4 ¼ '' glass forming machine of the Italian manufacturer BDF Industries was installed

2010

A new IS 8-2 5" glass forming machine of the Italian manufacturer BDF Industries was installed

2007

The enterprise carried out a cold repair of both furnaces with the installation of new equipment, after which the total capacity of the plant amounted to 250 tons of glass melt per day, five IS-type machine lines (one IS-10-2, one IS-8-2, three IS-6-2). Also in the year 2007 the IS-8-2 machine line was put into operation, which can operate both in a double-gob mode and in a single-gob mode

2003

The assembly workshop was reconstructed and a modern batching line was put into operation. With the aim of efficient use of the furnace No.2 within 2003 the third feeder with an IS-6-2 glass-forming machine was built

2002

As at the beginning of the year the production output amounted to more than 70 million units. Such well-known trademarks as "Soyuz-Viktan", "Rosynka" became the consumers of the enterprise. Perfume containers are delivered to the following perfumery plants "Supermash", "Alyie Parusa", "Efekt", "Rosso". Since 2002 the production capacity has been expanded, a bath furnace No.2 with a design capacity of 115 tons of glass melt per day has been built and two more IS-6-2 5” glass-forming machines have been installed

2001

The first products - medical glass containers - were received on January 8. During this year the enterprise mastered the production of new types of medical glass containers, the consumers of which were the joint-stock companies "Halychpharm", "Farmak" and other pharmaceutical factories. Simultaneously the third feeder and IS-6-2 glass-forming machine were designed and installed. Taking into account the trends of the medical glass container market, the process of glass repainting in the bath furnace No.1 from brown to colorless was taking place. In August the plant switched to the production of perfume glass containers. With the introduction into operation of the third IS-6-2 glass forming machine, the company began to master glass containers for beverages

1995

In May the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine confirmed the decision to privatize the glass plant

1972

In the workshop No.3 mechanical processing of glass and polycrystalline glass has been mastered. With the development of knowledge-based industries a need arose for the new types of products, and the workshop No.4 was built for the production of glass backing for integrated circuits. For this purpose a workshop for the production of fiber-glass composite materials was purchased in the USA

1962

The plant was subordinated to the Lviv (Radnarhosp) council of national economy, the head office of the electronics industry. It was then that the construction of workshop No.2 with two glass furnaces began, which produced glass-insulators and flasks for vacuum tubes

1946

After World War II, the glass factory resumed its operation, starting to manufacture the same range of products
